Hey!

Exams khatam. Bak bak chalu horeli hai.
I'm so obsessed with Gully boy , that I've applied it in my daily chores. I promise this is the last parody ... Of the month at least. You got to watch - Mere Gully mein from Gully boy movie to get the beats.

Tere filmo ka  hero
Mere ER mein
Ho poore shehar ki ladai
Mere ER mein
Prayer, prarthna aur dua
Mere ER mein

Mu pe acid wala burn
mere ER  mein
Ho police karne  aayi case
Mere ER mein
Ek number saari documentation
Mere ER mein

Ho mere ER mein
ER ER ER mein

Dekho to idhar
ye hai ER na hai tumara ghar
Chhota sa hai lekin zara dekho idhar
Stress hai beshumar
aayegi dard ki pukar kahi bhi se
pain management dene ko taiyar

heart attack chalenga lekin
15 din ka ulcer nai
sabko attend karenge lekin
sar ke upar chadne denge nahi

Kyon?
Kyunki Triage hai
Mere ER ka tareeka
Saleeka sikhela hai
straight forwardness sikhela hai

chaukat pe triage pe hamesha bawaali hai
pinprick bhi saalo ko emergency me laani hai
HR ka executive English jhaadni hai
Housekeeping wale dale sympathy paani hai

priority chalegi par magajmari nai
paise ki chamak Chalegi nahi
sympathy ki voting priority badhaegi nai
serious wala patient priority bed 1 par
loose motion wala patient priority bed 3 par

Primi ka pehla water spill mere ER par
Machhi gale me phansaye
Khitpit karta baby hamare ER Par
pehla dogbite wala manushya
mere er me

Ho mere Er mein
er er er  mein x (2)

Masti nai hai bus hai khalbali
Chalta main jabhi jabhi
problem karta hai ye money money
patients ke paas kitni bhi badi gaadi vaadi
Karlo kitna bhi try , bada bill dekhke
Denge gaali sirf badi badi

patient aur emergency treatment ke  sath
koyi kami nahi
Rone wale rote rehte hai
apna style change hoga nai

budde log ki tooti joint dard degi degi
priority karni parhti hai upar tabhi

Gaali deta attendant bed 10 pe
thank you bolta patient bed 1 pe

Nursing staff ki ladki hai
Jispe team lead bhadki hai
Doosri sister kadki hai
Jisse kisiki nai banti hai
Teesri hum pe marti hai
Khushi sab samajthi hai

Cardiologist mere ER mein
Ek se ek khatri hai
Internist mere ER mein
Poora karke vatt liye
Ortho agar aaye ER mein
wo bolte Re chal chal chal OT
mere er me er er er me

So far so much ! Bye!

The MRCEM OSCE exam is an integral part of the qualification which tests the clinical and communication skills of candidates. For Indian students pursuing this qualification, preparing for the MRCEM OSCE exam may seem daunting. However, with a few tips that helped me sail through fine. The thing that helped me the most is acclimatizing myself to the UK Clinical Setting Before appearing for the MRCEM OSCE exam, it is imperative for Indian students to understand the clinical setting in the UK. Sometimes , all they want to see is how you behave , your body language, your tone , and your organising skills. Diagnosis is not a critical thing here. Hello everybody  I hope everybody is safe and healthy. it's been a while that I've been receiving lot of patients in the emergency with mental illness ,thought of sharing an incident of its kind. Not sure if its the awareness of mental health these days or the pandemic, I am developing keen interest in patients with mental illness .I try to take an extra effort to make them feel comfortable and try to create an insight of what is happening and offer them options of what all can be done.  Since this it seems like a step towards patient care , I thought I'd share it here as well. This would probably not be the best approach but I welcome any type of constructive criticism , additions or subtraction to my approach because end of the day we are here for best patient care. A 50 years plus old gentleman ,presented to the emergency with the complaints of chest pain radiating to left arm , breathing difficulty, choking sensation in the throat, inability to open his ey

Hey all Once you're done with your residency . Things appear differently. Some people have a distant vision about such things while some realise at the moment. Nevertheless, the struggle is more or less the same. Remember going through growth spurts as a child? The too-short pant legs were embarrassing, but the achy limbs and joints made it miserable. Just like when you were a teen and all your comfortable clothes would no longer fit. These are tough adjustments “growing pains,” and they can throw your career way off its trajectory if you aren’t prepared to face them. While moving out of your parent institution is great, not everything is sunshine and roses. You can experience these growth spurts fast or slow. Some people are lucky enough to choose the pace. Some people have no choice but to give in. Confusion , Reduced morale, Unclear priorities , A decrease in productivity is very common.Sudden changes from one organization to another organization can lead to discomfo
