Energy Boost

Hey!
Positive energy is what it all takes to go ahead.

Once you hold yourself accountable and responsible for the way you choose to respond to something, you connect with yourself on a deeper level.  When you are connected to yourself on a deeper level, you don’t get knocked off your center as easily.
Place yourself in situations that boost your own energies.

Does this person make you feel good? Do you make that person feel good? You are worthy of a brilliant experience and it is time to realize that fact.
Learning to protect yourself against other people’s energies starts with self-love.  Remember that you are worth of happiness and peace, it’s ok to say no. and you are the author of your own energetic state.

How you feel is 100% your own responsibility.
The universe is sending people into your life to test us. The perception we have of ourselves is greater than the perception others have of us. You are not a victim, nobody has power over you.  Consider how your thoughts or expectations may have manifested the situation that is bothering you.

What if the answer lies within your level of patience, irritability, or compassion? Unless we take the time to look, we subconsciously affirm our own victimization to the world around us
Thanks

The thing that helped me the most is acclimatizing myself to the UK Clinical Setting Before appearing for the MRCEM OSCE exam, it is imperative for Indian students to understand the clinical setting in the UK. Sometimes , all they want to see is how you behave , your body language, your tone , and your organising skills. Diagnosis is not a critical thing here. " Consulting a psychiatrist would be a question mark on my spirituality " Said the patient.

Hello everybody  I hope everybody is safe and healthy. it's been a while that I've been receiving lot of patients in the emergency with mental illness ,thought of sharing an incident of its kind. Not sure if its the awareness of mental health these days or the pandemic, I am developing keen interest in patients with mental illness .I try to take an extra effort to make them feel comfortable and try to create an insight of what is happening and offer them options of what all can be done.  Since this it seems like a step towards patient care , I thought I'd share it here as well. This would probably not be the best approach but I welcome any type of constructive criticism , additions or subtraction to my approach because end of the day we are here for best patient care.
