Dr.VRK Medical School - Diagnostic signs

This post has been in my drafts since forever . Of late , I heard the Dean of Our College utter some words that helped me add a few more lines to this blog . 

To categorise things they need to have some distinctive features and common features . Like trees that are green and solitary yet take in oxygen like we do.

The topic for today is The Characteristic features of a Medico from Dr. VRK Women's Medical College.

1. Woman above 17 year of age and below 25 years of age.

2. Leaves the house before 8:30am and never returns before 4:30pm.

3. Travels by means of college buses

4. Has had atleast one spat with the driver after missing her bus .

5. Carries homemade food to college .

6. Has soiled footwear (badly)

7. Wears apron all day long.

8. Attends college till May 20.

9. Go to washroom in groups.

10. Goto hospital in groups

11. Staircase in by default additional reading place.

12. Lecture time is Whatsapp time .

13. Head to posting late and hurry up.

14. Have a batch with college logo and motto on the apron.

15. Stained aprons .

16. Usually in hijab ( headscarf)

17. Heavy bags ( very heavy! )

18. Carrying tonnes of books to college daily .

19. Seen In packs near the ladies common room and canteen.

20. Divided by egos United by sanitary napkins .

21. With glasses on or in the pocket.

22. Smartphone in the other pocket.
 
23. Write monthlies , pre-internals ... Internal examination.

24. Ignore Telugu speaking patients or struggle with them.

25. Celebrate founder's day , teachers day , women's day , fest , freshers and farewell .

26. A chunk of your life is spent taking permissions.

27. Dating is super tough . Why ? Haha. No boys around.

28. Everybody is up there encouraging you , but nobody expect anything concrete from you.

29. You have memories of how you saved yourself from being caught after bunking a lecture .

30. You're in a confusion whether it's good to be in a ALL GIRLS college or not!

31.You got all new books . Thanks to the number of senior batches in your college.

Hello everybody  I hope everybody is safe and healthy. it's been a while that I've been receiving lot of patients in the emergency with mental illness ,thought of sharing an incident of its kind. Not sure if its the awareness of mental health these days or the pandemic, I am developing keen interest in patients with mental illness .I try to take an extra effort to make them feel comfortable and try to create an insight of what is happening and offer them options of what all can be done.  Since this it seems like a step towards patient care , I thought I'd share it here as well.
